Refund Policy

We price the Service to be worth far more than it costs — and we stand behind it. This policy is the full, binding detail behind our Pass Guarantee and our refund terms. Where you bought decides which section applies.
The Pass Guarantee
Available on a paid Full Access plan. If you complete the course, sit the Level I exam during your access term, and do not pass, we extend your full access through your next scheduled Level I exam date at no additional charge — you keep every question, mock, and lesson you already have. The guarantee is fulfilled by extending your access only.
To qualify, all of the following must be true:
1. You purchased a Full Access plan that was sold with the guarantee.
2. You completed at least 50% of the question bank in the app before sitting the exam.
3. You sat the official CFA Institute Level I exam during your access term and received a failing result.
4. You submit your official CFA Institute result notification to contact@solurana.com within 30 days of receiving it.
5. You re-register for a subsequent Level I exam.
Claims must be made within 24 months of purchase. One claim per purchase. Eligibility and qualifying use are determined by Solurana LLC acting reasonably and in good faith. The guarantee confers extended access only. It is included on every paid Full Access plan — not locked to a top tier and with no per-claim fee. Void where prohibited by law.
Web purchases (bought directly from us)
- One payment, no subscription. The web Full Access plan is a single payment for a fixed 12-month term. It does not auto-renew — nothing recurring, nothing to cancel, no surprise charge.
- Evaluate before you pay; thereafter all sales are final. You may use the free tier to evaluate the Service before purchasing, and where a plan is offered with a free trial you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends and you will not be charged. Once the free trial period has ended — or, for any purchase made without a free trial, once your payment has been processed — all fees are non-refundable. Except to the extent a refund is required by applicable law, we do not refund any unused or partial portion of an access term and do not provide refunds after the trial period for change of mind, non-use, or dissatisfaction. Nothing in this paragraph affects the Pass Guarantee described above, which confers extended access only.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Purchases made inside our iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google under their terms; we cannot refund store-billed purchases directly. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or via your Google Play order history (Google). An auto-renewing plan renews for its stated period unless cancelled in your store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends, and any free trial converts to a paid period unless cancelled before the trial ends.
How to claim or request a refund
Email contact@solurana.com with the email or order ID used for the purchase — and, for a guarantee claim, your CFA Institute result. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory right you may have under local consumer-protection law (for example, an EU/UK right of withdrawal).
